Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing AppliancePartsDealer.com.

Please review the following guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:

Return Material Authorization (RMA): All returns require a valid RMA number, which you can obtain by contacting our team via the contact form [here]. RMAs are valid for 15 days.

​

General Return Policy:

  • Returns within 60 days require proof of purchase, original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, with all original materials.

  • Items returned for warranty may be refunded at our discretion.

  • Credit will be issued to the original payment method at the original purchase price.

  • Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  • We will provide a return address to our AppliancePartsDealer supplier partner once you've requested the RMA.

  • The RMA must be clearly printed on the shipping label.

  • Include a copy of your RMA and original invoice within the package.

  • Special order items are not returnable.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our AppliancePartsDealer supplier partner prior to credit issuance.

New and Unused Parts Return:

  • Parts valued at less than $20 cannot be returned for credit.

  • Approved returns after 30 days incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be received within 60 days from the invoice date, after 60 days no returns will be accepted  

  • Core charge parts cannot be returned after core has been returned and credit issued.

Defective Return:

  • Most products are warranted for 90 days from the original invoice date.

  • We order a replacement part for the defective item upfront and provide a free return shipping label.

  • Credit is issued once the defective part is received by our AppliancePartsDealer supplier partner.

Damaged Parts:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within five business days of any damage.

  • Document the incident and notify the carrier.

  • We will initiate a lost claim with the carrier for lost shipments.

​

Wrong Parts:

  • Notify us within five business days of receipt if any part is shipped in error.

  • We will order a replacement part upfront and provide a free return shipping label for the defective item.

​

Lost Packages:

  • Check carrier tracking if your order doesn't arrive as expected.

  • Once carrier confirms loss, we will initiate a lost claim and process credit for the lost shipment.

​

Core Returns:

  • Cores must be returned within 90 days for full credit.

  • Cores must be returned in original packaging.

  • Core credit will not exceed original core value charged.

  • Cores must be in good condition for credit issuance.

Please note: Water Filters have a 30-60 day warranty depending on the brand.

​

If you encounter a defective part within the manufacturer's warranty period under normal use conditions, please contact us for assistance with the warranty process.

 

However, no refund will be issued If our AppliancePartsDealer supplier partner believes that user intentionally damaged the part or cause of the part failure is beyond normal wear and tear.
